Featured Review for TicketSolutions.com

You have seen the banner on my website, you have heard the mentions on my podcast, and know you get to see it in writing on the blog! TicketSolutions.com is the best place for online sports, concert, and theatre tickets!

I have already bought tickets personally through TicketSolutions.com for a few of this season's New York Yankees games. Actually, I needed six cheap tickets together for a game in early May and found six great seats packaged together for $25 each, not bad at last minute for the final year at Yankee Stadium. Also, my wife and I have been dying for Jeff Dunham tickets, you know, the hysterical Ventriloquist! To my surprise, TicketSolutions.com has a ton of these "hard to get" tickets!!

You can also find tickets to the U.S. Open, the MLB All-Star Game at Yankee Stadium, Van Halen, Tom Petty and the NBA Finals, .....although I don't feel like paying $600+ for nose-bleeds at Yankee Stadium for the All-Star game!! However, if you have deep pockets, live in the Bronx or near Yankee Stadium and you need tickets to the All-Star game or the Home Run Derby, TicketSolutions.com has them AVAILABLE! It's funny because just the other day a few friends and I were wondering if All-Star games tickets were on sale yet, but no one knew. I happened to be roaming around on the Ticket Solutions website and BAM, there they were! They are a little bit out of my price range but hey, at least now you know how to get a hold of them for you big spenders out there!

You may be wondering, "Why buy tickets from Ticket Solutions as opposed to Ticketmaster? Ticketmaster sells tickets at face value and are generally the cheapest option. However, often Ticket Master sells out quickly and you can not pick and choose your seat locations. Most of the time, premium tickets are difficult if not impossible to secure from Ticketmaster. Ticket Solutions solves this problem. Ticket Solutions is never sold out, premium seats are always available, and you receive personalized customer service. In this case, try Ticketmaster for All-Star game tickets, and then try Ticket Solutions and you'll see what I mean.

For more information, check out Ticket Solutions FAQ page.

As you can see, http://www.ticketsolutions.com/ offers any kind of sports and/or entertainment tickets you need! They always seem to have tickets available and I highly recommend them as their purchasing process is simple and painless and I have always received my tickets on time.

The New Fantasy Man

I know I know, its been about a month or so without a post and about 3-4 weeks without a podcast, I know I know. Don't give up on me just yet. In fact, I've just been super busy, working on new projects, spending time with my wife after a torturous fantasy baseball preseason, and was actually on vacation for about 2 weeks in the middle of April. We went to Barbados!

Yeah, life has been good at times, not so good at others but what are you going to do? Me, I'll just keep chugging along. I know I have readers/listeners waiting for the next installments so now that things have calmed down in "life", I should be able to increase my fantasy baseball knowledge output.

Starting July 1st, 2008, www.fantasybaseballexpress.com will move to www.TheFantasyMan.com . Same web site, same stuff, just a diiferent name.

The Fantasy Baseball Express domain will be used for a new fantasy sports web site/project I am currently working on. I can't go into details yet because the site is only 75% done. Once we are at 90%, I will start to let some of the Fantasy Man's most dedicated go in and test it out for me. To give you a tease, let's just say you, the common fantasy player, will have the opportunity to provide your own expertise on fantasy players and strategies. You have an opportunity to interact with the "experts" and you'll be allowed to debunk anything they say. Basically, you get to become the expert!

Now, I am still working on all the programming and stuff. Once that's finished, I will let you guys test it out. It won't be pretty looking but then again, its not about looks....its about the experience. My goal here is to innovate. I was one of the first to set up a web site and offer free personal advice through email, one of the first to do fantasy baseball podcasts, and of course, the originator of the "live, podcast as I do it" fantasy baseball draft (the Mock Draft Mania Series). Oh, and let's not forget the world's first online 250+ page fantasy baseball draft guide (with Brad Stewart of http://www.mlbfrontoffice.com/ )! Although no one really ever recognizes this stuff, I don't really care. You won't see The Fantasy Man up for any awards because I'm the guy trying to do stuff that everyone else doesn't want to do...or hasn't thought of yet...and then everyone starts doing it and the big companies get all the credit! I mean, someone has to justify spending over $700+ million dollars on advertising, right?

Haha, yeah I know, tooting my own horn, but what can I say? I am proud of the things I have accomplished as The Fantasy Man, and I don't plan on stoppoing. As long as you guys keep supporting me, reading and listening, I'll keep innovating!

Anyway, so that's where I am at right now. I'm going to do my best to keep this blog updated and hoping to get this new web site up and running for the start of the Football season. Of course, http://www.thefantasyman.com/ (formerly the FBE site), will remain the same. So please go in and update your bookmarks because as of July 1st, http://www.fantasybaseballexpress.com/ will take you to the new web site....

Hope everyone is having a successful fantasy baseball season thus far!
